I aim to be a neutral, non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and reflect on their experiences. By understanding each person through their values, culture, and life challenges, I help them navigate difficulties that may arise from life’s circumstances. I particularly enjoy working with those facing alternative lifestyle choices, pregnancy, parenthood, or relationship issues. I respect the effort it takes to seek help, and together, we’ll create a plan to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I provide individual counseling and specialize in relationship issues, sex and sexuality, and ADHD and neurodivergence.
